Our Mission

Our mission is to assist our guests in having the ABSOLUTE BEST vacation in Orlando!!! We have 25 years of experience in Central Florida (back to the time when you had an individual ticket for each ride at the Magic Kingdom) and we want to share our "vacation expertise" so you can spend their time enjoying all of the attractions, not researching them. So, we endeavor to provide destination information which will make your trip to Orlando enjoyable and efficient -- we'll help you determine your best strategies for maximizing the many attractions this area has to offer. We will assist you in developing vacation plans that are unique to you -- traditional or unconventional, short trip or long stay.
 
It was during our many, many trips to Orlando, that we finally came upon the concept of renting a vacation home!! (Okay so we were slow learners, but there wasn't the internet back then.) Well, once we figured that out, of course it soon became a mission to find the best possible combination of features (location, house size, pool/Jacuzzi, square footage, entertainment centers, etc.) in a vacation home.
 
This mission was then modified by our family and friends saw our vacation photos and wanted to join us!! We need to stay within everyone's collective budget -- like most of our guests, so larger properties became optimal. (Unfortunately, this is also how we became extremely wary of 6 bedroom properties that are really 3 bedrooms converted -- not a good time.) So, we did a massive amount of research. And we still do. We wanted to make sure that any property we offered to our guests would be a home that we would be proud to host our family and friends in. That's how we came to specialize in these gorgeous properties.
 
We are committed to providing high quality accommodation for large groups of families, friends and business associates in estate size homes with the amenities needed to have a magical, memorable and comfortable stay in the Orlando area. All of our homes feature screened pools, with gas heat available, hot tubs or spas, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, spacious and comfortable living and dining areas suitable for large groups. All of our homes feature bedrooms that are roomy and comfortable -- full size because our houses were specifically designed for this purpose.
 
The homes featured in our website are indicative of the level of quality of our properties. We hope that you will return to our properties year after year, so we want you to be as proud of your choice as we are.
