Reservation Deposit: We require a $150 deposit to hold a reservation. Rates and availability subject to change prior to confirmation and receipt of deposit. We happily accept reservation deposit via MC/VISA/AMEX or Discover via secure payment Verisign payment system or fax to 714 832 8508. (Please note, due to heavy demand we cannot hold a booking until a deposit is received via fax or check.) A booking deposit of $150 is required to confirm reservation. We cannot guarantee or confirm any reservation unless a deposit has been received. Availability is subject to change prior to receipt of deposit. Reservations will be automatically cancelled and deposits subject to the conditions outlined below if payment of balance due is not received within the time periods outlined below.
Pool Heat: Available for $25/day payable in advance. We kindly request that you use the pool blanket when the pool is not in use so that we can keep pool heat charges reasonable. Many thanks for your assistance!
Gas Grill Pre-fill: $30
Cribs, High Chair and Umbrella Stroller with Sun Shade: Each home has two of each. Additional are available.
Additional Crib: $10 per stay. -- This is in addition to the crib at the properties. Please also feel free to request high chairs. Some of our properties have strollers for younger children. Please feel free to use them during your stay.
Payment Options: VISA/MasterCard/American Express/Discover/ Traveler's Checks/Personal Checks.
Balance Due: 75 days prior to arrival. If payment of balance due is not received within 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation will be cancelled.
