This brand new estate home is being featured as our seven bedroom 4 bathroom vacation estate home. As easily seen, the house is very spacious and sits on a large lot. The home is located in Crescent Links Dahlia Reserve subdivision, which features other estate size home on estate size lots providing privacy and tranquility.

This particular home has a southfacing screened or "caged" pool area overlooking a serene private lake. It is just a block or two, just across the lake, from our other properties, which are all located in the same very small, intimate subdivision, Dahlia Reserve. On the Pool Deck is a separate hot tub. It should be noted that the hot tub is separate from the pool and provides a glorious relaxing experience for you and your guests, without requiring the additional expense of pool heat! The hot tub overlooks the lake.

Also on the pool deck are deck lounge chairs, regular chairs and an outdoor deck table suitable for entertaining in the sunshine! The gas barbecue grill is located OUTSIDE the caged pool area (as required by Florida Fire Regulations!) but close enough for the convenience of your chef. We will happily pre-fill the grill prior to your arrival with propane for $30.00
