• You must book one property/home at a time.
   
  
• Lengths of stay less than 5 nights incur a $115 cleaning charge which will be added to your final invoice.
   
  
• A deposit of $150 is required via credit to receive an instant confirmation of your reservation request.
   
  
• Pool heat is additional $20 per day and will be automatically added to your rate per night if requested.
   
  
• Florida tax is additional 12%.
